We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting products or services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a passion for achieving targets.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
• Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals to clients
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay informed about product features, pricing, and industry trends
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
• Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and other promotional events
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product engineers) to align on sales strategies and customer feedback

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles (IT Industries , Software application , Hospital, Engineering , Document Management and government Application Software)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to understand and present technical information (especially for IT or engineering products)
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Must have driver's License

Working Conditions:

• Office-based with regular fieldwork and client visits
• May involve traveling to attend trade shows, client sites, or training sessions

Compensation:

• Base salary plus commission
• Performance bonuses
• Allowances and travel reimbursements (if applicable)
