Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products, services, and system integration solutions to potential and existing clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and excellent customer service.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth through strategic sales activities.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and system demonstrations as needed.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups to close deals effectively.
• Coordinate with the technical, project, and procurement teams to ensure accurate pricing, product availability, and project requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to help improve sales strategies.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain organized records of client information, quotations, and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 1 year experience in sales — preferably in IT, electronics, or system integration; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Confident in presenting to clients and building partnerships.
• Goal-driven, organized, and capable of working independently or within a team.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge in CRM or ERP systems (such as Odoo) is an advantage.
• Willing to travel for client meetings or site visits as required.
