Sharemo is a new mobile platform dedicated to helping local businesses. We provide "no-commission" marketing to F&B and retail merchants to help them get new customers.

We are seeking motivated Part-Time Merchant Onboarding Specialists to join our launch team.

In this role, you will be the face of Sharemo, responsible for visiting local merchants, presenting the value of our 100% free platform, and successfully onboarding them.

Responsibilities

• Travel to F&B and Retail outlets (cafes, restaurants, salons) in assigned zones within the Klang Valley.
• Identify and engage with decision-makers (owners/managers).
• Clearly present the Sharemo value proposition (a 100% free, no-commission platform to acquire new customers).
• Onboard interested merchants using our simple, 5-minute "Scan-Create-Publish" app flow.
• Provide a brief training to the merchant on how to redeem offers (a simple visual check).
• Meet a weekly target of successful merchant activations.

Requirements

• (Mandatory) Must own personal transport (car or motorcycle).
• (Mandatory) Must own and be able to use a modern smartphone (iOS or Android) with a data plan.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Resilient and professional.
• Language: Fluent in English and/or Malay. Fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• (Optional) Previous experience in sales, F&B, or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a performance-based role with high earning potential. The pay structure is designed to reward successful activations.

• High Commission: A competitive commission of [RM100] is paid for every successful merchant activation.
• On-Target Earning (OTE): The advertised salary of RM 1,500 - RM 4,000 is a realistic OTE. Top performers can earn more.
• Training: Full product training and our "Sales Bible" (scripts) will be provided.
