Under the supervision of the Team Leader; responsible for all sales activities; performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

1. Welcome customers by greeting them and offering assistance.

2. Guide customers by providing information on products.

3. Help customers make selections by building confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.

4. Direct customers by showing shelves or bins; suggesting items with marketing promotions.

5. Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash, credit card, and e-wallet transactions.

6. Record and monitor all sales transactions in proper mediums (CSI, POS, or ESR).

7. Ensure daily sales targets are met in conformity with monthly quota.

8. Receive, safeguard, and transmit cash and other forms of payment.

9. Comply with basic store standards such as:

• Cash controls
• Merchandise replenishment
• Display and presentation
• Cleanliness and orderliness of the store

10. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory.

11. Properly check and receive deliveries.

12. Maintain legal and physical possession of all items to be sold and ensure their integrity.

13. Perform reportorial functions in the absence of the Team Leader (e.g., compute and fill out sales monitoring forms, send reports to Supervisor).

14. Assist Team Leader in executing business processes (POS, ORW, etc.).

15. Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

• Minimum: High School Graduate
• With practical knowledge of simple arithmetic
• With knowledge in basic computer operations
