Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the industrial supply sector.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support through timely follow-ups.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to team growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: At least a High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in negotiation, sales support, relationship building, and communication. Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Engage in outside sales, conduct cold calls, and provide excellent customer service.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; may require travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong teamwork abilities, resilience, and a consumer-oriented mindset.
