Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely and assist them with product inquiries
• Promote and sell store products to achieve sales targets
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and promotions

• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of merchandise and displays

• Monitor stock levels and report low or damaged items
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Process sales transactions accurately (cash, card, or POS system)
• Follow store policies, procedures, and sales guidelines
• Assist in inventory counting and stock replenishment
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times

Job Requirements

• At least high school graduate or vocational course
• With or without sales experience (training may be provided)
• WITH PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS LICENSE
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented and sales-driven
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
• Honest, reliable, and well-organized
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
