Description
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs.
- Present and demonstrate products effectively.
- Prepare sales reports and forecast activities.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong public speaking and communication skills, teamwork, creative problem solving, relationship building, and proficiency in English.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Engage customers, demonstrate products, manage relationships, and achieve sales targets.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel to meet clients; may require flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Motivated, persuasive, adaptable, and proactive personality.
