Description
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients to promote products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales support or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in CRM software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, full-time hours with occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and team player.
