Description
- Provide excellent customer service to members and other individuals seeking assistance by answering questions about products or services, processing orders and handling complaints.
- Accurately and efficiently encode all data; Confirmed that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation/ requirement/s;
- Performing administrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones & scheduling appointments
Requirements
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in any course
- Preferably with sales-related experience
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
- Has excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Flexible for mall hours schedule
- Willing to work in Robinsons Galleria, Cebu
