Manage and maintain the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure that sales data and prospects are accurate and up to date.

Analyze sales performance and generate regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for management and the sales team.

Assist in the sales administration process, including contracts, customer documentation, and compliance.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance the effectiveness of the sales pipeline.

Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) that support the efficiency of the sales process.

Provide the tools, training, and administrative support needed by the sales team.

Ensure that sales targets are supported by appropriate data, strategies, and operations.

• Minimum education of high school or vocational school
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales operations, business support, or sales administration.
• Able to think analytically, meticulously, and detail-oriented.
• Communicative and able to work across teams.
• Understanding the sales process in the financial/investment industry is an added advantage.
