We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in commercial real estate, office leasing, or serviced offices. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between clients and the company, providing tailored workspace solutions and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end sales processes for office and workspace leasing.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with corporate tenants, landlords, and brokers.
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate lease agreements aligned with client needs.
• Create and implement sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance market visibility and service quality.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience in commercial real estate or in any related field.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, leasing transactions, and account management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of market trends in the office and flexible workspace sector.
• Conversational proficiency in Japanese is an advantage (if applicable).
