Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
- Set individual and team sales objectives, and monitor performance through KPIs.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to improve strategies.
- Ensure the team provides excellent customer service and maintains a strong brand reputation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
- At least 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
