SALES MARKETING MANAGER

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and digital marketing tools
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive room bookings, events, group business, and long-stay packages.
  • Maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, event planners, online travel partners (OTAs), and tour operators.
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and property tours to generate new business.
  • Negotiate contracts, group rates, and corporate partnerships to maximize revenue.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, market analyses, and performance reports for management.


Marketing Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, email, print, and local partnerships.
  • Manage the hotel’s online presence, ensuring accurate content across OTAs, the website, and social media channels.
  • Coordinate photoshoots, promotional materials, and brand content that highlight the property’s features and experiences.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, REVPAR data, and guest feedback to improve positioning.
  • Collaborate with the reservations and F&B teams on promotions, holiday packages, events, and seasonal offers.


Revenue Management & Strategy

  • Work closely with the Revenue Manager/General Manager to develop pricing strategies and optimize occupancy.
  • Analyze daily pick-up reports, booking patterns, and demand forecasts.
  • Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives throughout the property.


Team & Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and annual goals.
  • Coordinate with operations, front office, housekeeping, and F&B teams to align promotions and guest experiences.
