  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in renewable energy or power industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
