  • Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Achieving established sales goals.
  • Directing customer to merchandise within the store.
  • Increase in store and tactical sales.
  • Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
  • Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
  • Cross selling products to increase purchase amounts.
  • Demonstrated advanced product knowledge.
  • Complete all paperwork relating to a sale.
  • Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures.
  • To perform such duties as may be signed to you by the Company or its officers from time to time.


Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or other sales-related tools.
