Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to customers
Work with customers to understand their needs and ensure the product meets their requirements.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support and secure orders.
Recommend modifications to products to meet customer demands and improve cost-effectiveness.
Assist customers in resolving issues with product usage.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with customers.

A graduate in Marketing or Engineering field
With at least 3 years of experience in the similar role
Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the products or services being sold.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical information clearly.
Proven track record in sales, particularly in selling technical or complex products.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues for customers.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
