核心职责
客户开发：定向对接当地政府基建部门（如塞尔维亚道路走廊公司）、工业企业、建筑总包商，通过展会、招投标平台等渠道搭建客户资源库；
项目推进：制定商务方案，牵头客户洽谈，协调技术 / 法务团队解决合作争议，保障合同签署；跟进项目执行与回款，处理施工中的客户沟通问题；
关系维护：定期回访客户挖掘二次需求，维护政府、行业协会、本地供应商关系，解决跨境项目合规与文化差异问题；
信息反馈：提交销售数据与市场报告（含政策、竞品动态），提出风险预警建议，联动技术 / 人力部门支撑集团决策。
