Industry: Cross-border Payments / Fintech / Web3 Digital Asset Payments

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies for the company’s payment products (acquiring, fund transfers, Web3 payments, conversions, etc.).

· Must have existing client resources (merchant portfolios / acquirer resources / Web3 project connections) capable of delivering transactable clients in the short term.

· Drive actual transaction volume to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

· Lead and manage the sales team, set KPIs, train new hires, and enhance team performance.

· Deeply understand client needs and provide professional advice on payment solutions, cross-chain settlement schemes, etc.

· Collaborate with operations, compliance, and technical teams to ensure clients are successfully onboarded and maintain ongoing transactions.

· Monitor market trends and develop business expansion plans (e.g., Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Middle East, Europe).

Requirements:

· Must possess immediately convertible client resources (cross-border merchants, payment service providers, OTC desks, exchanges, Web3 projects, etc.).

· 3–5+ years of sales experience in the payments industry / fintech / digital assets.

· Proven track record of meeting sales targets with verifiable performance results.

· Strong execution, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to independently lead a team; experience building sales teams is preferred.

· Familiarity with payment products (acquiring, payouts, wallets, on-chain payments, fiat fund transfers) is a plus.

· Adaptable to a fast-paced industry with a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Extensive network in financial payments, Web3, OTC, card payments, etc.

· Familiarity with payment ecosystems in Southeast Asia / Hong Kong / Middle East.

· Ability to contribute to product design and commercial deal structuring.
