Description
- Assist the sales team with order processing and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate sales activities, meetings, and events.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data for trends.
- Maintain updated customer and product information in databases.
- Provide administrative support and ensure smooth communication between departments.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in sales coordination or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales training, management, support, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in sales processes, manage client relationships, and support outside sales teams.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical abilities, effective communicator, and excellent relationship builder.
