Description
- Assist the sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate sales activities, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Prepare reports and presentations for sales meetings.
- Support customer inquiries and follow up on quotes and orders.
- Manage schedule for sales representatives and coordinate travel arrangements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma required in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; ideal for recent graduates.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong public speaking, sales support, and training abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for sales events.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, with a passion for sales and customer service.
