Description
- Assist sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate sales activities and support clients with inquiries.
- Maintain and update sales records and databases.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
- Ensure timely communication between sales, marketing, and customers.
- Help organize sales events and follow up leads.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School equivalent.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or administration.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours, potential for occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, team player, and adaptable to fast-paced settings.
