  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination.
  • Manage schedules, prepare reports, and track sales metrics.
  • Communicate with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and maintain relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing to synchronize campaigns and promotions.
  • Assist sales teams with inquiries, prepare sales reports, coordinate meetings, and maintain client records.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales support or related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills; proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with typical business hours; may involve occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
