- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in product selection.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and products.
- Handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Restock shelves and keep the retail space organized and presentable.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of retail sales experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills; proficiency in point-of-sale systems.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment; may require evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, team-oriented, and adaptable with a strong work ethic.
