Description
- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Maintain and organize sales floor and stock inventory
- Process transactions and handle cash register operations
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance shopper experience
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Participate in promotional events and store activities
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, organizational, attention to detail, and coordination skills; familiarity with CRM tools.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; may involve occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and team player with a positive attitude.
