Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring and tracking project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Organize and maintain project documentation, reports, and client communications.
• Support the Sales Managers in coordinating with internal teams and client's post-sale.
• Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-ups as needed.
• Prepare project status reports, updates, and other relevant documents.
• Maintain an organised filing system (digital and physical).
• Handle correspondence (emails, calls) related to sales and project support.
• Assist in preparing documentation for requirements, permits, or project completions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management
• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, project management or technical coordination roles.
• Administrative experience in any role will be considered suitable for this position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
• MS Project proficiency is required for this position.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
