Description
- Facilitate company sales with accurate customer services; develop and implement sales strategies to achieve goals.
- Create sales leads by researching, identifying, and contacting prospective customers or clients.
- Maintain sales databases to track progress against quotas and to forecast sales accurately.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including print/digital/social media, to grow sales.
- Create, edit, and post company listings on job boards and social media sites.
- Create and maintain content for company websites, blogs, and social media.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of any four years course.
- With at least 1-2 years of experienced as a Sales and Marketing.
- Proven work experience in a sales or marketing position for 2+ years.
- With strong negotiation skills.
- With strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a deadline-driven environment.
