Description
- Assist customers in product selection and purchases.
- Maintain the sales floor by organizing merchandise and ensuring displays are attractive.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Participate in inventory management and stocking tasks.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, organizational and coordination abilities, and good interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may require some travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, proactive, adaptable, and ready to learn quickly.
