The Sr. Technical Sales Representative is responsible for identifying customer needs, providing tailored product solutions, delivering product demonstrations, and managing the sales process of the branch from initial contact to closing the deal.

SPECIFIC TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage sales performance at the branch
• Provide service to customers regarding repair of motorcycle tires
• Lead in stock management and ensure there are no pilferages or losses in the branch
• Gather and report customer and market data
• Represent the branch in meetings and discussions
• Assist customers with technical inquiries, especially on motorcycle tires and other products
• Perform cashiering and use the POS/Odoo system
• Support the team in daily operations

Education: At least high school graduate or college level

Experience: Sales experience is a plus

Skills:

• Basic skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Proficient reading and writing skills
• Basic knowledge of motorcycles and tires
