Description
- Assist in sales operations, maintain customer records, prepare reports, and provide support to the sales team
- Assist customers with inquiries on texts and email.
- Provide accurate information to customer queries within 24 hours
- Processes customer orders via ODOO
- Books freight / handles delivery
- Represents the company on pre-bidding and bid opening of government tenders
- Prepared bid documents
- Processes Sales Order
- Monitors Sales Order for dispatch
- Files documents for safe keeping
- Monitors accounts receivables
- Maintain product displays and ensure store cleanliness.
Requirements
- Job Title: Sales Assistant
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, effective communication (both written and verbal), excellent organizational and coordination skills, and proficiency in report generation
- Working Conditions: Office environment, potential customer interaction
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable
- Amenable for fieldwork and overtime
