Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to achieve growth targets.
- Prospect, identify and engage new clients in the semiconductor, manufacturing, and solar energy sectors.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by providing tailored solutions and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Understand client technical requirements and recommend appropriate products such as thermocouple heaters, sensors, and other consumables.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and emerging opportunities, especially in the solar panel market.
- Prepare and present quotations, technical proposals, and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support
- Provide regular reports and sales forecast to management
- Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and client meetings to promote brand visibility.
Requirements
- 3-5years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the semiconductor, manufacturing, or solar panel industries.
- Background in selling technical or industrial products such as heaters, sensors, or equipment consumables is highly preferred
- Familiarity with solar PV system components and market dynamics is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Willing to travel to meet clients, attend events, and support regional accounts
