Description
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and related channels.
- Initiate contact with potential clients to promote products and prepare relevant marketing materials.
- Respond to product inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Recommend appropriate products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with the relevant department to ensure fulfillment.
- Maintain detailed call records and document client feedback accurately.
- Safeguard confidential contact and financial information.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with clients.
- Address customer complaints and objections in a professional and effective manner.
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales and marketing role, ideally within the technology or IT services industry specifically in POS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
- Proficient in using sales and marketing tools and technologies
- Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
