We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Admin Assistant to support our growing online hardware tools business.

The role focuses on sales documentation, order processing, and financial reporting to ensure smooth daily operations on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.

Sales & Order Management

1. Prepare and finalize weekly Statement of Account (SOA) reports.
2. Verify payouts, apply supplier discounts, and check platform fees (e.g., Lazada FSMax, L30%).
3. Monitor and record daily sales transactions from Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.

Inventory & Documentation

1. Record and track packaging and inventory usage.
2. Maintain accurate filing of SOA screenshots, expense receipts, and related records.

Financial & Admin Support

1. Assist in BIR/SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG reporting.
2. Encode and reconcile expenses (rent, utilities, packaging, salaries).
3. Generate profit and margin computations using Excel/Google Sheets.

Coordination & Communication

1. Coordinate with suppliers for price updates and deliveries.
2. Communicate with the packing team and assist with ad-hoc admin tasks.

Qualifications

• College graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, or any related course (preferred but not required if experienced).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in handling numbers and documents.
• Experience in e-commerce (Lazada/Shopee/TikTok) is a plus.
• Can work Monday to Saturday, 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM, in Tondo, Manila.
