Main Responsibilities: • Maintain long-term, productive relationships with all clients and agents. • Proactively identify new customer resources and expand the agent network. • Assist clients and agents with account openings and account management issues. • Continuously conduct market research, analyze industry trends, uncover new business opportunities, and promptly report findings to the company. • Provide regular updates on business development progress and market analysis to senior management. • Build and lead a team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), establish monthly targets for both the team and yourself, and be accountable for team performance. Qualifications: • Proven experience in foreign exchange business development (required). • Strong knowledge of customer acquisition strategies and the ability to execute them. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to deliver results quickly.
