Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and business partners, addressing and resolving process issues to improve efficiency.
Achieve individual and team targets by endorsing vehicles for posting on the Sales Website and conducting inspections in assigned locations.
Generate leads, pursue new business opportunities, and build networks with potential customers and clients.
Meet with existing and prospective clients to establish and maintain positive relationships.
Negotiate agreements, close deals, and resolve customer concerns.
Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for each assigned account.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or any equivalent course.
Effective communicator with excellent oral and written skills in both English and Tagalog.
At least 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing.
Research-oriented, resourceful, diligent, and persistent.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Experience in Non-Life Insurance, particularly Motor Insurance, is a plus (preferred but not required).
