  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and prepare proposals.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and closing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Conduct market research to stay competitive and informed.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in high-end product sales
  • Strong client relationships in real estate/design/architecture
  • Experience managing medium to large projects
  • Value-based selling with design communication skills
  • Salespeople from Poggenpohl, Poliform, Boffi, Häcker, SieMatic, Bulthaup, Scavolini can apply
  • Real estate brokers with a design eye
  • Luxury appliances, tiles, lighting salespeople with architect/designer networks
  • Former interior designers or project managers transitioning into sales
