Description
- Develop and manage client relationships to drive sales growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams for seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in sales or account management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in negotiation, sales support, and CRM tools, especially Salesforce; strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward achieving sales targets.
