Description
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to high standards.
- Change linens, replenish supplies, and ensure all amenities are stocked.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests.
- Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning targets.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Applicants must possess a Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Customer Relationship Management, customer service, and effective communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, assist guests with inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.
