- Proven experience operating motor graders in road or construction projects.
- Understanding of grading principles, slope percentages, and drainage requirements.
- Skilled in using control levers and adjusting blade angles for precision work.
- Good physical condition and hand-eye coordination.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- High School Graduate or equivalent (required)
- With TESDA NC II in Heavy Equipment Operation – Motor Grader (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience operating road/motor graders
- Skilled in grading, leveling, and shaping road surfaces to specifications
- Knowledge in adjusting blade angles, slope control, and elevation settings
- Strong understanding of road construction techniques and blueprint reading
- Familiar with machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Adheres strictly to safety guidelines and job site regulations
- Physically fit and able to work in various field conditions
- Good communication skills and can coordinate with supervisors and team
