Description
- Develop marketing strategies to boost sales and create campaigns.
- Manage store and mall operations, including permit processing.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and employees.
- Coordinate sales efforts and contribute to team goals.
- Drive sales by identifying new opportunities and maintaining existing relationships.
- Hire, train, and oversee sales representatives.
- Research competitors to understand customer preferences.
- Oversee store operations and ensure profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or related field.
- Plus: Experience in a Customer Service environment.
- Skills: Strong prioritizing, time management, organizational skills, selling, negotiation, communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, and basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Traits: Customer and goal-oriented, detail-oriented, well-organized, highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Availability: Willing to work onsite and fieldwork in Ermita, Manila, Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM.
