Description
- Promote assigned products and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
- Participate department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basic
- Render extended hours when necessary
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas and make replenishments or re-orders when necessary
- Actively seek out customers in store
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Maintain cleanliness of his/her area all the time.
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
- Engage and actively participate with all in-store promotions and events.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
Requirements
- With or Without Experience in Sales
- Can Work as a Team
- At least High School Graduate
- With Pleasing Personality
