- Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selections.
- Sales: Identifying customer needs, making product recommendations, and assisting with purchases.
- Transaction Processing: Operating cash registers, processing payments, and handling returns or refunds.
- Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on product features, promotions, and store policies.
- Problem Resolution: Addressing customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Graduate of any business course
- 6 months proven experience
- With pleasing personality
- Can work under pressure
- knowledge in golf course setting, products and equipment
