Description
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
- Assist in product selection and demonstrate knowledge of merchandise.
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register.
- Restock shelves and maintain a tidy sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and proficiency in marketing and merchandising.
- Working Conditions: Retail environment; may require weekend and evening shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Energetic, approachable, team-oriented, and passionate about customer service.
