Description
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with product inquiries.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist customers, maintain inventory, manage sales transactions, and promote products.
- Maintain store appearance and organize merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, strong work ethic, marketing, merchandising, inventory management, branding, sales management, and customer management skills.
- Working Conditions: Retail environment requiring standing for long periods and flexibility in hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, approachable, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
