I. Summary

Retail Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing products that meet their needs. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store displays, and achieving sales targets to support overall business growth.

II. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual displays, and proper product arrangement.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or reorder needs.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a polite and efficient manner.
• Support merchandising, marketing, and promotional activities in-store.
• Prepare regular sales and inventory reports as required by management.

III. Qualification

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• At least 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong selling and negotiation abilities.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Customer-oriented, energetic, and reliable.
