- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure quality service.
- Train and manage staff to meet service standards.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Resolve customer complaints and enhance their dining experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare reports on sales and staff performance.
Requirements
- Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Team player, quality control, operations management, teamwork, computer literate, cost management, strong written and verbal communication
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure quality standards, and control costs
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, flexible hours, may require evening and weekend shifts
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills
