Description

  • Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene and service quality.
  • Train and supervise staff to enhance performance.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop menus.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in food and beverage operations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong operations management, written and verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, possibly including evenings and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.
