Job Description:

• Supervise daily operations and staff performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth workflow
• Monitor sales, inventory, and cash handling
• Enforce company policies and standard operating procedures
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues
• Assist in staff training, coaching, and scheduling
• Prepare basic reports and coordinate with management

Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
