Description
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Assist in staff training and development.
- Manage inventory and supplies efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
Requirements
- Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in restaurant management or supervision.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong documentation and communication skills, operations management expertise, and proficiency in computer applications.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain quality standards.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment requiring flexibility in hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with a strong work ethic, able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
