- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management.
- Oversee daily operations, train staff, ensure quality service, manage inventory, and maintain cost control.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and dining experiences.
- Assist in training and development of team members.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in menu planning and implementation of promotional activities.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong teamwork and communication skills, quality control expertise, inventory and cost management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, proactive problem-solver, and team player.
