- The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for assisting in daily operational management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards.
- Key responsibilities include supervising staff, overseeing food and beverage operations, and implementing policies and procedures to enhance customer service.
Requirements
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Knowledge in P&L
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in a management role in the food and beverage industry is a plus
